It is said that the current production of Kuroge Wagyu has resulted in the loss of the delicious taste of the traditional Japanese Kuroge Wagyu breed, as the breed has been improved mainly in terms of the beautiful appearance of its tannins.
Our goal is to produce Kuroge Wagyu so that all consumers can enjoy the original fatty flavor of the Kuroge Wagyu breed.
